Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that stopping means falling behind. So we keep going — through tiredness, through tension, through weeks that blur together.

But the body does not understand hustle. It understands rhythm: effort, then recovery. Skip the recovery long enough and the body will eventually insist — through burnout, aches, or a mind that never quite switches off.

Choosing an afternoon of rest is not indulgence. It is maintenance for the person everyone else depends on. You are allowed to pause. In fact, you are overdue.

With warmth, from all of us at PULIH.
